Adrian Murphy

• Adrian Murphy, – is an IT Consultant and Project Leader who has provided technological solutions to clients as diverse as the UK Gov’t, Hospitals and Financial Firms to family firms in the Middle East. His solutions have to stand the test of time and be flexible enough to reinvent themselves for the special needs of each client. Adrian is a graduate of Dalhousie University – N.S. Canada and holds IT certification in many areas of Information Technology.

  Adrian is responsible for the global IT solutions and the development of strategic relationships in the growth markets of the Far East.

  Financial solutions and the technological support thereof are inextricably linked and with new platforms for delivery of such technology, Adrian lends his vast experience.

Leslie Clarke

• Leslie is responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the firm and works with the Board in the creation and implementation of operational activities that would create value added and achieve both clients’ and the firm’s goals.

  Leslie has held senior positions within the financial sector; including Scotiatrust & Merchant Bank, RBTT and Sagicor Merchant. Through asset allocation models and active portfolio management he was able to sucessfully navigate his client base through the recent financial storms.

  Leslie is a graduate of St. Mary’s University – N.S. Canada

  He has worked on various pension and segregated plans – including multinationals, Investment Committees and NGO’s.

Peter Inglefield

Chairman

• Mr. Peter R. Inglefield, FCA, CA served as a Tax Partner of Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Mr. Inglefield has an extensive experience in all aspects of doing business in Trinidad and Tobago especially taxation, tax treaty considerations, and dispute resolution negotiations with the Board of Inland Revenue.

  He has been a Director of Petroleum Company Of Trinidad And Tobago Limited since October 2010. He served as Director of ANSA Merchant Bank Limited until July 16, 2012. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago. He is an Author of the Trinidad and Tobago Chapter of the IBFD’s publication on worldwide taxation.

Ian Stone

• The Stone family is well recognized in the local landscape in the fields of Law, Banking and Insurance. Ian represents a generation that has been able to manage a career choice in the Financial Services sector (Insurance) while demonstrating his astute business acumen. Ian joined Sagicor Financial Corporation more that a quarter century ago and quickly rose to the highest level of Sales representation in the organization. A multiple award holder in the company and across the industry, over many years Ian is seen as an expert in areas of Pension Insurance for Groups and Individuals. Health, medical and general insurance advisory to clients has earned Ian the trust of many.

  Ian has served on the Management Team of the Queen’s Park Cricket Club for over 15 years, and as the Honorary Secretary for 13 years.  An avid cricket fan, Ian travels globally for love of the game. Ian is married for the last 30 years and has two boys.

Paul Murphy

• Paul Murphy is a Founder and Director of one of the country’s leading Engineering companies. Forty two years ago after Paul completed his MBA with an emphasis on Marketing and after working in the energy sector along with his business partners, they strategically positioned themselves in the Air-Conditioning market locally. Their performance has led to their firm managing some of the largest installations of air-conditioning solutions in the Trinidad market with innovative and energy efficient technology.

  Paul questions the operational structure and integrity of any system and demands clarity in the process and procedures involved.

  He has also served on various state boards in service to his country of birth.

  The Murphy family settled in South Trinidad where Paul and his siblings grew up. The boys and their father before them all had or still have an intimate knowledge of various aspects of the Oil, Gas and Energy sectors.

  Paul has been married for over 30 years, has two children and loves sailing.
